Produced by sister company, Barclasion Music, RCB Music Library was created out of the need from Barclasion Music's clients to have high quality music for lower budget projects. Founder/Producer Rick Barclay brings to the company a combined total professional music experience of over twenty years.  

Over the past ten years Rick has produced music for commercials, Jingles, Film/TV and album projects through Barclasion Music. Such notable clients have been Six Flags, Thrifty Car Rental, The National Rifle Association, "America's Most Wanted", "NBC Dateline", "MTVs Sweet 16", Ripley's "Believe It or Not - House of Wax Museums", and the films "The Prankster" and "Medium Raw".
