Produced by sister company, Barclasion Music, RCB Music Library was created out of the need from Barclasion Music's clients to have high quality music for lower budget projects. Founder/Producer Rick Barclay brings to the company a combined total professional music experience of over twenty years. Seven of those years were spent at a major advertising agency in the midwest writing and producing music for such notable clients as Six Flags, Thrifty Car Rental and the National Rifle Association.

The past six years Barclasion Music has produced music for such notables as "America's Most Wanted" TV show and Ripley's "Believe It or Not - House of Wax Museums".
